Michael J. Bradley, Jr. MBA



Managing Director

Michael has experience which includes “Big Six” public accounting, financial valuation services, contract management for physician networks, development of physician financial and billing systems, revenue cycle performance improvement, and a variety of specialized health care consulting engagements.  His experience includes consulting engagements for both proprietary and not-for-profit health care organizations, physician activities in both individual and group practice arrangements, working with healthcare lenders on new credit facilities, existing loans and distressed situations, and working with healthcare and bankruptcy attorneys on litigation support matters and liquidation of accounts receivable.


Michael has spoken to health care professionals on topics such as “Physician Practice Management”, “Establishing and Administering Budgets in Physician Practices”, and “Corporate Compliance Programs”.


Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Operations Management from Drexel University. He is an active member of Healthcare Financial Management Association, (Past member of the Board of Directors for the Metro-Philadelphia Chapter), Follmer Bronze Merit Award recipient, Co-Chair of the Metro-Philadelphia Physician Practice Management Committee, Past-Chair ofthe Metro-Philadelphia Membership Committee and Member of the Metro-Philadelphia Revenue Cycle Committee, Medical Group Management Association, Thompson Institute Advisory Board, ESF Advisory Board and Leadership Link Advisory Board.  Mr. Bradley serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for the Metro-Philadelphia Edition of MD News Magazine.

Bernard T. Lynch

Bernard T. Lynch, MBA

Bernard Lynch has held executive positions in the health care financial field primarily related to hospital and physician reimbursement. Mr. Lynch has built a demonstrated track record of success. Most notably, he served in a leadership capacity with one of the largest physician membership organizations in Pennsylvania. As the Senior Director of Medical Economics, he executed the goals of the Pennsylvania Medical Society membership in all matters related to the business of medicine. As part of his role in that capacity, he has also served on several private and public boards and committees. More recently, Mr. Lynch's efforts were engaged in overseeing the collection and reporting of health care facility and payer data for the Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council (PHC4). Mr. Lynch led the agency's efforts to produce public reports on the financial sustainability of hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and other non-general acute care facilities.


Bernie holds a Master's of Business Administration degree from Lebanon Valley College and a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from Temple University.

Patrick C. Simonson



Patrick has extensive experience in primary care & specialty practice management, project leadership, business development and outpatient   executive roles with health services, physician and community organizations. Recognizing the need for principle-centered leadership, and attention to strategic & tactical imperatives, Patrick understands and ensures   effective project structure, client driven approaches and achievable work plans.  He uses collaborative, results-oriented methods to ensure project team success and fulfillment.


Patrick’s professional accomplishments include, but are not limited to, 20 years  of management  roles in corporate and health services organizations with a defined emphasis on launching and leading profitable ambulatory care ventures, achieving significant operations improvements and desired programmatic  results.   He is adept at balancing mission and margin metrics, works well independently and with teams, and is recognized for his ability to manage complexity and communicate effectively.


Prior to his current role, Patrick served as a Regional Director at a Fortune 500 outpatient services company, as  Vice President at Solutions for Management;  Executive Director, Business Development & Physician Practices, Easton/Community Health Systems;  Director, Clinical Practice Group, Drexel University School of Medicine;   Director, Ambulatory Services,  Lehigh Valley Hospital & Health Network;     Regional Operations Manager,  Cerner Corp. and Client Executive,  IBM Healthcare Solutions.


Patrick holds a BS in Social Sciences with a HR   Certificate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters, Health Services Management & Policy from The George Washington University.  He earned a Healthcare Market Analysis / Planning Certificate from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania  & completed courses at the IBM Leadership & Advanced Management Institute


He served as Chair of the Regional Conference for the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Treasurer of Eastern PA Healthcare Executive Network, President of the St. Joseph the Worker School Advisory Board and President of the Lehigh Valley Comets Youth Hockey Club.  He currently serves in the mentor program for the  Health Leadership Network of the Delaware Valley and as President, Comets Youth Sports Foundation and on a select ACHE National Committee.

Kathryn Eiler  



Kathryn is a Certified Medical Manager (CMM) and a Health Information Technology Certified Manager-Physician Practices (HITCM-PP) with more than twenty (20) years of experience in multi-specialty physician practice management. Since 2005, she has been a member of the Faculty of the American College of Physicians (ACP) Quality Improvement Programs, including Closing the Gap (CTG). This work has solidified her knowledge and expertise around the issues of Chronic Disease Process Management, specifically with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and vaccines. Kathryn has worked with residency clinics, large group medical practices, and small or solo practice physicians and their teams.


Kathryn's coaching process included the ACP Webinar Series for Adult Immunizations, which also allowed her to contribute to the publication of the ACP's Guide to Adult Immunizations. She has spoken to many of the ACP physician groups and leadership on topics such as "Creating a Team Approach to Quality Performance Care" and "Vaccine Ordering: Stop Losing Money".


Kathryn has been an active member of the Professional Association of Health Care Office Management (PAHCOM) since 1995, serving as the Past-President of both the Montgomery-Bucks Chapter and the Delco Chapter, as well as a national member of the PAHCOM Chapter Support Committee (CSC). Kathryn is also a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society Group Practice Administrators. Kathryn is actively involved in her community by serving as the Vice President for the North Point One Condominium Association.

Nancy J.Becker



Nancy has in excess of thirty (30) years experience in medical practice administration for both primary care and specialty physician practices. She is a Certified Medical Manager (CMM), a distinction held by only seven hundred (700) professionals in the country. She also holds an Executive Fellowship in Practice Management (EFPM), Register Medical Coder (RMC) designation, and was included as one of the Healthcare Professionals named in Strathmore's Who's Who 2000 / 2001.


Nancy has spoken to health care professionals on topics such as "Physician Practice Benchmarking", "Coding and Charge Capture", and "Appropriate Use and Billing for Mid-Level Providers".


Management from Temple University and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Professional Association of Health Care Office Managers (past President of the Montgomery / Bucks Chapter), American College of Healthcare Executives, American Academy of Professional Coders (treasurer of the Plymouth Meeting Chapter), Pennsylvania Osteopathic Assistants Association (currently President), the American College of Medical Practice Management and the Pennsylvania Medical Society Group Practice Administrators. Nancy is also involved within her community as a member of the Towamencin Township Planning Commission, Open Space and Recreational Committee and Special Events Committee, a member of the Montgomery County Drug and Alcohol Planning Council, President of the Northern Montgomery County Drug and Alcohol Task Force and a member of the North Penn School District Act 211 Committee to assure funding for drug and alcohol programs within the District. Furthermore, as a member of the Republican State Committee and the Montgomery County Recorder of Deeds, Nancy is an elected official in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Montgomery County.
