MICHAEL J. BRADLEY, JR., MBA | Managing Director

Michael J. Bradley is an experienced and accomplished health care consultant who established and has led The Tucker Advisory Group, Inc. since its inception in April 2007. Mike’s 31 years of extensive experience includes roles with nationally prominent public accounting and consulting firms where he provided a breadth of interim management services, financial valuation services, practice assessments, revenue cycle performance improvement, and a variety of other specialized consulting engagements for health care providers and health networks, law firms, and financial services organizations. Mike brings a focused, disciplined, collaborative and keen analytical approach to achieve the desired results.

Prior to establishing The Tucker Advisory Group, Inc., Mike was a founding member of Solutions For Management, Inc. (consulting firm) and SM/art Performance, LLC (medical billing firm). His notable healthcare leadership experience includes financial and operational consulting engagements for both proprietary and not-for-profit healthcare organizations. Mike is skilled in interim practice management and strategic leadership services for large independent group medical practices and hospital-owned practice networks. He performs due diligence examinations and annual field examinations for healthcare lenders on new credit facilities, existing loans, and distressed turnaround situations. Mike collaborates with healthcare and bankruptcy attorneys to provide subject matter expertise for litigation support, expert reports, and expert testimony. He provides quality assurance and client relationship oversight for more than 140 TAG clients.

Mike earned a BS in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and MBA in Operations Management from Drexel University. He is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (Metro-Philadelphia Chapter), Medical Group Management Association, Medical Mutual Insurance Company of North Carolina – Pennsylvania Physician Advisory Board, Thompson Institute Advisory Board, ESF Advisory Board, and Leadership Link Advisory Board. Mike was a past member of the Board of Directors, Reeves Silver and Follmer Bronze Merit Award recipient, Co-Chair of the Physician Practice Management Committee, Past-Chair of the Membership Committee, and past member of the Revenue Cycle Committee.

JOHN A. BEATTIE, CPA, CFE | Director

Mr. Beattie has over 30 years of experience in healthcare consulting and analysis.  He has extensive experience in the performance and direction of financial and operational related analysis, litigation support, forensic investigations and specialized consulting engagements.  John has led and conducted analysis for numerous and varied types of healthcare entities including physician practices, hospitals, academic medical centers, behavioral health organizations and clinical laboratories.  His work has included analysis as prescribed by the Independent Review Organization provisions required by Corporate Integrity and Settlement Agreements. Mr. Beattie has also conducted consulting services in both criminal and civil litigation matters.  In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, John formerly also held the Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) professional designation.

John began his career with the government and served as a supervisory auditor for the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General, Office of Audit Services.  Using this valuable experience with the government, John has transitioned his focus to assisting healthcare providers.  He conducted analytical and consulting services in the healthcare area at both national and regional firms, and served as the CEO and President of an alternative business unit of a law firm.  John’s work has included statistical analysis, data mining, and education and training.

KATHRYN EILER, CMM, HITCM-PP | Director

Kathryn Eiler is a Certified Medical Manager (CMM) and a Health Information Technology Certified Manager-Physician Practices (HITCM-PP) with more than twenty (20) years of experience in multi-specialty physician practice management. Since 2005, she has been a member of the Faculty of the American College of Physicians (ACP) Quality Improvement Programs, including Closing the Gap (CTG). This work has solidified her knowledge and expertise on the issues of Chronic Disease Process Management, specifically with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and vaccines. Kathryn has worked with residency clinics, large group medical practices, and small or solo practice physicians and their teams.

Kathryn’s coaching process included the ACP Webinar Series for Adult Immunizations, which also allowed her to contribute to the publication of the ACP’s Guide to Adult Immunizations. She has spoken to many of the ACP physician groups and leadership on topics such as “Creating a Team Approach to Quality Performance Care” and “Vaccine Ordering: Stop Losing Money.”

Kathryn has been an active member of the Professional Association of Health Care Office Management (PAHCOM) since 1995, serving as the Past-President of both the Montgomery-Bucks Chapter and the Delco Chapter, as well as a national member of the PAHCOM Chapter Support Committee (CSC). Kathryn is the PAHCOM Medical Manager of The Year 2017. Kathryn developed and teaches the Certified Medical Managers exam preparation course for PAHCOM. Kathryn is also a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society Group Practice Administrators. Kathryn is actively involved in her community by serving as the Vice President for the North Point One Condominium Association.

GERARD P. EGAN, MBA | Director

GERARD P. EGAN, MBA | Director

Gerard joins TAG having extensive experience in financial and operational management activities for both hospitals and physician group practices.  His public accounting background combined with a variety of healthcare financial and managerial roles have provided the opportunity to gain practical, technical, supervisory, and relationship building experiences.

His experience includes strategic planning, project management, financial statement analysis and reporting, budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, payer contracting, payment compliance and denial management.  In addition, he has experience with OAG and FTC regulatory proceedings, coordinating physician work session resources based on best practice protocols, managing practice mergers and acquisitions, “on boarding” of physicians and advanced practice providers, facilitating property and equipment project feasibility along with the required due diligence, and interacting and collaborating with hospital leadership, physicians, bankers, accountants, and attorneys.

Gerard understands and appreciates the unique concerns and intricacies of the current and foreseeable challenges facing healthcare systems and physician practices.  He is committed to serving TAG clients with professionalism and respect.

NANCY J. BECKER, CMM, EFPM, RMC | Director Emeritus

Nancy has in excess of thirty (30) years experience in medical practice administration for both primary care and specialty physician practices. She is a Certified Medical Manager (CMM), a distinction held by only seven hundred (700) professionals in the country. She also holds an Executive Fellowship in Practice Management (EFPM), Register Medical Coder (RMC) designation, and was included as one of the Healthcare Professionals named in Strathmore’s Who’s Who 2000/2001.

Nancy has spoken to health care professionals on topics such as “Physician Practice Benchmarking”, “Coding and Charge Capture”, and “Appropriate Use and Billing for Mid-Level Providers.” Nancy has a BS in management from Temple University and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
